| Comments | Originally on North Street near Hurst Arms cottages. Captain Drummond was the Chief Constable of West Sussex Police between September 1879 and July 1912. Another trough with a Drummond inscripion can be found in Steyning. The Horsham trough is very close to this fountain. |
