CommentsThis trough was originally erected in December 1877, as MDFCTA number [0155], as a type 1a trough, at Regents Park at the entrance of the Zoological Gardens. The gift of Mr. J.H.Buxton. £50.0.0. Taken down and re-erected after cleaning on 5 April 1930, as MDFCTA number [2450], at the junction of Forty Hill & Carterhatch Lane, Enfield. A dog trough was added to make the trough a type 1c. This trough is one of many donated by J.H. Buxton.
