Philip Twells M.P was a Member of Parliament for the City of London from 1874 until 1880, during Benjamin Disraeli's second term as Prime Minister. The date 8th May 1881 was the first anniversary of his death. This is one of only two known troughs with 2 fountain heads, the other one is here. The trough is very close to this fountain and this fountain. |
