CommentsErected out of money left from the erection of 3 troughs by the late Louis David Benjamin. Inscription: “Be kind and merciful to all animals in memory of Esther Benjamin 1824 – 1879”. In July 1966 this was one of two troughs moved from the City of Westminster to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
