W & M.U.D.C. is an abbreviation of "Whitley & Monkseaton Urban District Council". N & N.D.S.P.ANIMALS is an abbreviation of "Northumberland & North Durham Society for the Protection of Animals". One of many troughs that bears an RSPCA inscription. |
