CommentsOriginally in the High Street near the old pump. Erected by public subscription & a grant by the MDF&CTA. This trough was measured as 9ft 6in. Although the MDFCTA records describe this trough as 6ft 6in it is unlikely that two different troughs were erected in Marlborough in 1904.
Location-2The dog trough is resting against a war memorial on the south-east corner of London Road and Salisbury Road.
