CommentsDespite the current location I am assiging this trough to MDFCTA number [0708]. It was originally near Collingham Road, Kensington. The gift of Mr. W.H.Cullingford. I assume the "W.H.C" is William Henry Cullingford who was a master builder responsible for much of the development around Cromwell Road. How did this trough end up at White Waltham?
